1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major online payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with mandatory verification via phone or WhatsApp.


2. How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. COD orders may take an additional 1–2 days due to verification.


3. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available for all orders?

Yes, we offer COD across most pin codes. However, the order will only be dispatched after verification via call or WhatsApp. If verification fails, the order will be canceled.


4. How do I return a product?

We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return:

Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

Email us at boldblends1322@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup and process your refund after inspection.


5. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory.

A flat ₹150 shipping fee applies for exchanges.


6. How long does it take to receive a refund?

After the returned product is received and passes our quality check, refunds are processed within 7–15 working days to your original payment method or bank account.


7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch – whichever is earlier. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled. Frequent cancellations may result in account blocking.


8. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and receive exclusive offers.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also contact our support team for real-time updates.


10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please record a full unboxing video and share it with us immediately at boldblends1322@gmail.com. We will arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.
